Contractor Pass

We discovered a slow leak in our basement last month. We called Contractor Pass and Dave came the same day to assess the leak and was able to start in a couple days for us. He was very courteous, professional, and detailed. The job was supposed to be very messy but by the time I came home from work the basement was completely spotless. All damaged areas were removed , not even a piece of trash in sight! All of the furniture was covered and mold area was treated and quarantined. He also came back a couple times after just to double check. An exceptional job ! I was very impressed and thankful I found the company. I won’t hesitate for one second to recommend it to others . We called Contractor pass to get a quote for replacing the basement insulation. Anton came the next day to give me a quote which we accepted that same day. A crew of three led by Dave came the next day and they did a professional job. Dave was very knowledgeable and courteous. The crew disposed of the old insulation, sanitized the walls and did a good job installing and cleaning up. They even helped us move our boxes to provide clearance for the work. Contractor Pass gave us the best price and got the job done right the very next day. We highly recommend them!!

Friendly and informative, and they worked quickly to remove mold from our cellar, and removed and cleaned everything that was stored in the room.
I hope to not need this service again, but if I did, I'd call them.

I discovered I had a carpenter ant infestation in my carport and needed to have the structure taken down without delay. Within 1 week of my request, the carport has been demolished by Contractor Pass. The ants are gone and I am relieved to have the problem rectified so quickly and with no problems.

Contacted a few companies. Dave from Contractor Pass came by that very afternoon to provide a free estimate. Once we agreed on the work and cost, he returned with Anton and his team. They quickly isolated the specific areas, removed the mould, identified the source, treated the affected areas. and cleaned up. Anton and Dave are very patient, thorough, and knowledgeable. The whole team is very friendly and respectful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
