The strata I live in used AD Painting and Decorating to paint the upper fascia and venting for a 28 unit complex. Araz and his team did a fantastic job.

The quote was very reasonable and Araz sourced the paint we wanted to use. There was no attempt to upsell anything and Araz accommodated a couple additional requests without any issue.

I have no reservations at all about recommending this company for any job you may have, indoor our outdoor. They listen, explain what they will do and then do it exactly as discussed. A true pleasure to work with.

House needed a touch up after replacing windows and fascia boards. Was really worn around garage & door and at the vinyl trim.
Araz gave a reasonable quote and did not try to upsell just helping to target the necessary work.
