Maids In Pink

My experience with Maids in Pink was out of this world good!
Quick, efficient, personable, detail oriented, and nothing was too much trouble! There are not enough words to describe how impressed I was with the service I received stellar cleaning service!

I hired Maids in Pink for a deep cleaning of my 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home, and unfortunately, the service I received was extremely disappointing. I was initially quoted $487, which included a deep clean of our home and additionally pet care, window washing, and cleaning our finished basement. The company confirmed details the night before, stating they would send two cleaners for a 3-hour session, which was supposed to be sufficient for our home.

About 45 minutes into their work, I received a text from the company asking for an additional $220 to send more cleaners due to the condition of my home. I declined because the original quote should have been enough and had already stated my home was in average condition which I believe it is (two adult, one dog home with no children, non smoking).

After 2.5 hours, two more cleaners arrived unexpectedly, and even after 4 hours, they still had not started on the basement, third bathroom, or one of the bedrooms. The company called me again, asking for another $220 to finish, and I agreed to pay an extra $170 to ensure the job would be completed, but they still rushed out after an additional 30 minutes.

Upon inspecting my home after they left, I found multiple issues:

Windows were streaked worse than before from being wiped with dirty cloths.
Floors were barely swiffered, leaving visible dirt and grime.
Walls were untouched.
Half the baseboards were not cleaned.
The kitchen backsplash wasnt wiped.
Two bedrooms were not entered at all.
Dusting was incomplete, especially on higher surfaces.
They knocked a nail out of a wall shelf and just left it hanging.

Considering the total time spent (12 man-hours) and the final cost (nearly $700), the service was unacceptable. After voicing my dissatisfaction, the company initially offered an $80 refund, which I felt was unfair. I requested $120, which I paid extra to cover the windows and basement, both of which were neglected. They eventually refunded the $120 after three days but insisted their cleaners went above and beyond.

In the end, I paid $500 for an extremely disappointing service. I would not recommend Maids in Pink and I regret choosing them for what should have been a simple deep cleaning.

I have never been so unhappy with a cleaning in my life. They were rude, unprofessional, sloppy and expensive. They told me the job was done and I did not need to worry about my move out inspection. When I arrived for the inspection there was a pile of unbagged trash left at my door. The floors appeared as though they hadn't been vacuumed at all, the walls which I paid extra to have cleaned did not appear to have been cleaned at all, the cupboards which I also paid extra to have cleaned were half done. When I raised the issue with them they informed me that "they did their best given the condition of the property." This is unacceptable. They charged me almost 500$ and had originally been asking for almost 600. This was for a 2 bedroom condo! Unreal.

Both the customer service and the cleaning job was well done! I am very pleased with the service and would recommend them for sure. The apartment was very clean, organized and smells nice!
