Darryl responded to my quote request promptly and dropped by to see the wall and floor damage. He was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He has extensive experience with water damage and related issues and explained what should be done very clearly and answered all of my questions. Darryl and Rich completed the job over the course of 2 days. The only way to access the job was through my house and down a flight of light-carpeted stairs. They were careful when bringing in tools and repair materials and cleaned up thoroughly leaving my home exactly as it was when they started the work. There is no sign of the damage so we are very pleased with the result.

We had a unique problem to solve to be able to install our range hood. The hole that needed to be drilled for the exhaust pipe was 8 inches (not the standard 6) and had to go out through the old wood burning fireplace chimney. Darryl and his team worked with me to discuss different options to get the job done and did it professionally. They also made sure to clean up afterwards.
