A cedar tree had split and was posing a hazard on my elderly parents property. Jeff and his team came on the date and time specified and removed the tree safely, removed all debris and let everything in order. Great service. Got a quick response from my online request for a quote. They were in line with 2 other quotes but I liked the fact that I received a detailed quote of exactly what they were going to do - left no room for doubt or discrepancies. Employees were polite and respectful & they did a great job. Spotless cleanup too!

Very professional from first site estimate to actual pruning. Very clean, knowledgeable and congenial. Supplied WSIB and insurance documents. $120more than other estimate. Great looking job! Equipment and uniforms were clean and showed pride.
Contacted others who offered better rate for cash. said they had insurance and WSIB. no written detailed work documents.
Hazardous work and you can be on hook for injury and damage if you have no documents. They said they were arborists but seemed to know less and had no proof. They were from Home Stars too.

Geoff came over to our place and gave a detailed estimate of the work that needed to be done. He advised that we needed to prune other areas of the tree that would benefit the overall health of the tree. Since the project wasn’t crucial at this particular time in September we took advantage of the discount he offered if we would delay until November 1st. The crew arrived on the day Geoff promised me through previous email. They started at 8 in the morning and were cleaned up and gone by 1pm. Trevor the foreman was easy to deal with and answered all my questions in a very polite manner. The other members of the crew were all very professional and extremely friendly and courteous. I highly recommend this company and will call them for future work.
