I hired this company to fix a stripped thread on my shower faucet knob. The plumber was very late. He was a pleasant person and when he arrived he gave me an exorbitant price. I told him that I investigated the issue beforehand and surmised that the job should only take a few mins to fix. A pro could do it in no time.
Because of my own homework I insisted that I would not pay $500 +tx and he quickly agreed to pay MY price of $300 - which i probably still too high. Trust me, the job took him 3 mins to complete.
I made my decision based on the conversation and the plumber's expertise at the time. That's all I can do.
Today the original problem has returned. And I had it fixed properly with another plumber.
So ...if you like throwing money down the toilet, call these guys.

We offer free estimates to ensure transparency and provide the best service possible to our customers. You were never obligated to proceed with our recommendations or quotes. However, the one you received is very in line with the standard industry rate for any reputable plumbing company, and we encourage you to shop around, so you can better understand that.
Not all customers feel as confident in hiring a handyperson, as there is no guarantee of their availability, reliability and work ethic. Many people are willing to pay more for a quick and reputable company such as ourselves to ensure a proper job and easily accessible point of contact such as our office in case things go wrong.
We had offered to have a technician return to reassess, to which you said you already had the work completed by someone else. There wasn't much room for us to rectify things or discuss further, so you cannot assume we'd waste your money and leave you high and dry.
We apologize for our price point being out of your preferred budget or that you decided not to have us reassess the issue- without the opportunity to do so, we find this unreasonable and in bad taste.
