We had a tough situation where we couldn't remove an old bathtub cartridge. Other plumbers jumped to conclusions and proposed breaking tile in order to access the valve but without first coming to see the issue. Drain King offered to come take a look to try and remove the cartridge prior to proposing more drastic solutions.
The service was on time, efficient, and courteous. An easy recommend.
