Excessively expensive for 1hour of labour and minimal parts. Very pleasant and professional plumber. Perhaps travel time costs were part of the bill? Will source local company for future work.

Our technician traveled from Toronto to Oshawa to provide you with a free no obligation estimate. After providing the estimate you had agreed to the price and terms the same day. We then proceeded to complete the repair.
Just for clarification, our flat rate service pricing does not change based on travel distance. As long as you're within our service area the cost for service is the same all around.
Rest assured knowing that the amount you paid was absolutely in-line with industry standards and although it may seem like a lot of money we are definitely not charging excessively. We would not be in business long and have such a great reputation if we were overcharging customers.
