Needed my front yard garden section and side yard garden section re-done.

The company was fast with getting the job done and did a very good job on the renovations.

Very happy with the result; especially at the price point which was roughly 10% lower than other bids.

Avanti has come back twice now to correct the issues and I am very happy with the results.

I would say that communication does need to be improved as on both occasion with the after issues someone just showed up without me knowing they were coming.

I would recommend this company for landscaping work as they do a really good job.

EDIT: Unfortunately I have had to downgrade my review as at this time I am having issues with the side renovation stone work drooping down and causing trip hazards. The sand to fill the gaps and seal the work has all but disappeared in a large section of the renovations.

Consistent attempts to get some communication about fixing the issue that is still under warranty has been met with nothing; no communication whatsoever from them to me other than the salesman telling me he has forwarded the issues to the front office.

It is very disappointing as I did really like the initial work but is concerning that even under the warranty period I am having issues and the warranty is not being honoured.

If this is resolved to my satisfaction I will update the review. However at this time the communication has been the worst I've experienced from a contracting company when it comes to issue resolution.
