Ken from Gateway built us a nice new small deck at the front of our house and we couldn't be happier with it. His quote was spot on and he did the job in one day, including helping me move some topsoil away from where he built the foundation. The deck is very well built out of high quality lumber. Ken cleaned up the work site promptly as soon as he was done. I would highly recommend Gateway Outdoor Living for a similar project and would use them again. Thanks Ken!

Ken came round in August to replace the dilapidated deck & rotting railings above our walk out basement with a composite deck, aluminium railings & new privacy screen.

Ken provided a quote quickly & offered suggestions that were appreciated.

He was able to start & complete the project in the timeframe laid out on the quote. He went out of his way to leave the yard tidier than he found it when he started the project.

The final invoice was less than the original quote.

I am very pleased with the look of the completed deck & would not hesitate to use Gateway Outdoor Living for any future work.

Ken built a 120 sq. ft. extension onto our existing rear deck. The work also included some modifications to the existing deck. The work was completed on time, on budget and in accordance with our expectations. This was the second time I had hired Ken to do work on our property. I expect to have him back to do a few other things later in the summer.

My fence had several fence posts rotting out and was in need of replacement. I confirmed with them last minute in the season and they were able to schedule me in. They arrived on time and finished the job according to schedule. There were a couple of small scope changes in the job but Ken stuck to the original quoted price. I was very impressed with the quality of the fence and their level of professionalism.
