Always late.
Missed at least one day a week when he could only work 4 day weeks to begin with.
Started the entire job a week and a half late due to being sick.
When he did come he spent a few days at least running back and forth to the bathroom.
Always had excuses to not show up.
Couldn't estimate needed materials to save his life. I had to make at least 30 trips to the hardware store as well as him making trips almost daily.
Made ROOKIE mistakes. MistakesI had point out, and I'm not mr handy by any means. Some of those mistake could have cost me my house and lives of my family.
Damaged my furnace to the point that we had to have it serviced and may still have to replace it entirely due to him not sealing off when he cut through the cement floor.
And he had all the exact same excuses for his shoddy work as I've seen in the other reviews. Blamed them on changes, bad tools, bad plumber etc. He doesnt accept responsibility what so ever.

Do not even think of contacting this guy. I wanted to hire local and give someone a chance. When he quoted the job he said 60 hours work to frame a space. That was an estimate and as a General Contractor myself I asked all the right questions. Did he have insurance, references etc. I even accepted that be could only work 4 days a week due to his alleged situation. That meant 2 weeks max he is done. It took over 4 weeks and countless excuses. Sick, kid, ex, girlfriend, saw blade whatever he could come up with. He said he would work 8 to 4 and most days showed up after 9. Spent more time in the bathroom and made countless mistakes. I asked him to fix them and everything was never his fault despite proof he didnt follow the plans. Stay away from this guy. He is not professional, he is not reliable and he doesn't even know how to use a saw. His full blades burnt most of the lumber setting off 2 smoke detectors and clogging them so bad they needed to be replaced. He demands payment sohe can go party on Friday's. Th hen calls in Monday mid morning to say he cznt work. Caution to all!

This guy is totally unreliable. Was to be a 3 week job. Its been going on over 4 months now, and still not done. Uses every excuse in the books and then some. Has a bad temper and explodes if you even question him at all. My son and i found his dope he forgot on the job. His quotes are just an estimate and never close to what you end up paying. I wouldn't recommend him to build a dog house. And i know what i am talking about as i contracted for years myself.
