Dustin added a snow bar on my steel roof and roof flashing and caulking. Excellent work, quick and efficient, I highly recommend Dustin and Tack Construction Services!

I contacted Tack Construction after I discovered litres of water had leaked into my basement. As the entry point appeared to be an exhaust vent, the sealing of the siding around the vent was suspect.
After some investigation, Tack Construction identified the source to be an improperly installed window from a recent renovation. Repairs were carried out at the window and the surrounding siding to ensure a proper seal and weather proofing.
The repairs were a success. No further leaking has occurred in subsequent and substantial downpours.
I would use Tack Construction in the future and recommend them.

Tack Construction Services did an excellent job repairing the soffit damage caused by a raccoon. They blocked all animal access around my house by installing steel plates.

He was very responsive and was able to complete the job within 48 hours of my initial request. The cost was very fair compared to the other quotes that I received.

He also did a free roof inspection for me to make sure everything else was in great shape. I would definitely recommend him.

Looked for a siding contractor on HomeStars. Back answered in a timely way. Estimate was good.
Delevery of service was excellent. Pleasant people to deal with. It was a small job (big for us) however Tack took it seriously.

Had difficulty in finding a company willing to do a small repair -but TACK Construction was able to fit us in very quickly and did a great job for a competitive price. Definitely recommend!

We were hard pressed to find anyone who were willing to do this job.

You see, the old panelling under our bay window had deteriorated and needed to be repaired. We especially wanted this done before the snow comes as there was a big hole in that panelling. It also wouldnt hurt to be done sooner rather than later with the amount of rain weve been getting.

We were also hoping to have a maintenance free exterior. No more trying to schedule painting above a garage between summer heat and rain. We wanted to have it covered up with siding.

Plus it would look better too! Some of our neighbours have also done this.

Well thanks to Dustin and Rob for coming by on a Sunday to complete this project.

I did mention it was a Sunday - right?

Because that is important for this review.

They squeezed us in during their hectic schedule to fix our bay window.

Really fun guys. But they also took our small job very seriously.

The weather proofing was completed and the siding was custom cut to fit our bay window. And it looks amazing.

They also did a couple of other small repairs for us too!

I mean - they know how to keep the customer happy!

And we are very happy with their work!

DUSTIN AND ROB NOT ONLY DELIVERED THE SERVICES IN THE ESTIMATE BUT WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND. THEY ARE BOTH SUPER EASY TO WORK WITH. IN THE FACE OF A MINOR SUPPLIER ISSUE, DUSTIN MAINTAINED REGULAR COMMUNICATIONS AND BY BEING KEPT INFORMED ENSURED OUR CONFIDENCE THAT TACK CONSTRUCTION WAS THE RIGHT CHOICE. NOT ONLY IS THE FINISHED PRODUCT A SIGNIFICANT IMPROVEMENT, IT LOOKS GREAT AND THE SUPERIOR INSTALLATION WILL LAST FOR YEARS. AND THEY LEFT THE JOB SITE CLEANER THAN HOW THEY FOUND IT.
