John at Sarman Air was fantastic! He was quick to respond, courteous, honest and very understanding of the challenges we faced with lack of hot water availability.
What was supposed to be a relatively quick fix turned out to be more than that, involving multiple visits (due to parts issues from the manufacturer, not John).
However, he adapted and persisted until the problem was completely resolved. He even rescheduled other appointments to make himself available given the emergency nature of our problem.
I would recommend John in a heartbeat! Sarman Air now has my business going forward with the regular scheduled maintenance for my hot water tank.
