Natural gas line extension from current BBQ to a fire pit on new deck - total run about 25’. Extension included flex pipe, an underground section with trace wire, and rigid steel.
John answered my inquiry promptly and was very flexible to schedule my work as soon as the required parts were available.
On site John was pleasant, polite and efficient. He answered all of my questions and ensured pipe positioning was exactly as I needed. He thoroughly checked he work with an electronic leak detector and ensured everything was cleaned up before he left.

My A/C is leaking water into my furnace room so I called Sarman Air. This was on the Friday night (7:21pm) just before the Civic holiday long weekend. John answered and even though his office was closed for the day and he was unable to come out to where I live at that hour, he patiently walked me through several steps to remediate the issue by myself. It worked and the leak reduced!!! He did not not pressure me to get my business or to come out and charge a fee for follow up service. I can't think of anyone or company that I'd rather have come out and finish the job or do any other HVAC work in our home than Sarman Air. Thank you John!

John was great. He was able to come the same day I called him after I discovered that my air conditioner had stopped cooling. He diagnosed the problem quickly and first attempted to fix it before suggesting a more expensive alternative. Eventually he determined that the evaporator coil was bad. He ordered the part and returned the next day to exchange it. He did a clean install and it solved the problem. The unit has been working well for 3 weeks. I would definitely recommend him.

I called to get a quote for a bbq gas line hookup. Out of all the companies John was the only one to come out in person and actually take a look at the work to be done.

Installed the gas line in an hour and even painted our rusted gas meter as a courtesy.

John was prompt to come and diagnose the issue. He came on the very same day when I requested the service. He suggested several approaches to eliminate/isolate the cause of the leak. All of them were methodical and set so no unnecessary work and charges as result would occur. In addition he fixed the broken exhaust on the hot water tank that supplies hot water to my house. I would recommend his services.

John provided excellent service - he was very flexible in providing an on-site evaluation of the work and completing the work itself, working with me to come up with the best solution while keeping to code. Work included upgrading an entire branch of gas piping from the meter to various appliances inside the house and also a dual outlet for patio use (BBQ & patio heater). He also removed an old gas fireplace. Was very communicative throughout the process and left the work site clean. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Very satisfied with the service. First response to my inquiry was very quick. The initial assessment was done the same day. The pool heater was leaking and also needed service. The technician had to come back next day with parts. He was very accommodating with the timing. The fee was also very reasonable and lower than my expectation. Other vendors charge $300 just for the service. I would definitely recommend Sarman Air and will call them for my future jobs.

We had been with the same co. for years but when our A.C. died for about the 3rd year in a row, we decided to switch. Luckily, we found John; we called with our problem & he was here the next day. After assessing the problem he concluded that we needed a new cooling unit. He returned & completed the job in less than 2 hours. He is a very likeable man, both courteous and polite. Needed a gas line run to a firepit. Called John after my plan A for this job fell through after weeks of saying it would be done. Found John through homestars and he called me back immediately. Came by in a couple hours to quote and back again that same evening to complete the job. And very professionally at that. All done in a day - a long one for John but he is clearly committed to quality and his customers. Would not hesitate to call him again - or recommend.
