Had a flooded basement from rain and a clogged line. Columbus was the technician that came, actually immediately cause I demanded it from the appt guy Igor. Roman was so great, he was cheerful, kind to the situation, explained everything in detail and gave us a recommendation for jetting. We agreed with his suggestion and purchased the jetting. He worked hard to clean our aged old maple tree roots. I felt so comfortable with his experience and trusted him, so we asked him to do another job as well. Crystal Drain will definitely be my go to plumber from now on.
