Wanted to warn others about this company. My review that I put on google back in Oct of 2020 is not strange or fraudulent. It is there to warn others. Here is my review from back then:

Octuber 20,2020! one month tried to talk with Pedro and never pick up the phone. we bought cameras and an alarm system and they never worked. When you call the phone no one answers and we went to the address and that office is spam, it is closed, we spoke with the owners of the building and they told us that they have not paid rent for almost a year and that apparently they were fleeing from several clients who had deceived too. that they are not deceived with products that they are only going to use once and then they are not going to cover the guarantees or they are going to be charged for each visit, the alarms are sold and nobody can use them alone and when you cancel the service they have to throw away because you can't use them. worst place to buy something. they do not have personnel, it is a single person, the whole business is a joke, it forces you to take illegitimate contracts at super high prices. Besides that when you need a technician to repair what you bought, nobody ever arrives. I would never buy anything again. Do not lose your money in this place. There are better stores in kitchener with better service.

Upgraded our system to a newer one and did an extension to our complex the two technicians they sent were fast, but due to the height of our building they had to bring in a boom lift and another technician from their company who knew how to work it, took a while longer due to height issues, but it was an excellent CCTV installation and they were the cheapest for the equipment we needed.

They were amazing, the wife and I first made a mistake by picking up a set from online from Costco in 2 months we had major problems with them and had to uninstall all of them just because one went bad, boy the wife didn't like that so we decided to do some looking around and came across this local company and gave them a call, the system been in well over 2 years now and we had no problems. Highly recommend
