Daniel and Co. were very thorough during the project of our Custom Built home. As all projects of this magnitude, especially during covid, it was a grind, but Daniel and his team delivered and were there for us with very good work.

We hired Daniel and the Leed Construction team for the "core and shell" for our custom home and we couldn't be happier! They went above and beyond, providing little extras along the way, and ensured we stayed on schedule and on budget. When we chose to make modifications that impacted budget, Daniel was fair in his pricing and worked with us to help us realize our dream.

When we weren't sure where to go for certain finishes Daniel was able to recommend several options, allowing us to make the best choice for our needs.

We have already recommended Leed for 2 other projects and will continue to do so.

My wife and I enjoyed working with Daniel and his team. Daniel is a very friendly family-man and showed a lot of respect throughout the renovation process to ensure the renovations had a minimal impact on our family. The project involved an addition to our house, construction of a carport, a new deck, renovated bathroom and other things. His team of employees/sub-contractors were friendly, efficient (generally - a couple exceptions - it happens) and did great work. I think the cost was fair and more or less stayed on budget without any big surprises. We had never done a project like this before so were bracing ourselves for thing like this. Thankfully it was all good. The project did take a little longer than expected but i think this is normal this year with COVID-19. Daniel is a good communicator and always returned my calls within minutes. He's been very good about getting his "guys" to do small jobs for me post-renovation. We'll probably have another renovation project in a few years and plan on calling him again.

We are extremely satisfied with the work of Leed Construction Ltd. They work fast, are very organized and professional and the result is great. The price is reasonable, too.
We especially liked the Project Manager Daniel, the contractor Jose and the wall taper and painter Khoshnood.
I would responsibly recommend these people for any work they are specialized to do. I am confident you won't be disappointed.

We worked with Leed to construct a new garage. The quality of the construction was great and Leed was responsive.

Our condo informed us that our bathtub was causing a leak into the unit below, and it was our onus to repair it. We arranged with Daniel at Leed to replace our old tub, and re-tile the enclosure.

Then the Covid crisis started. We needed the repair as we have only one tub, but we would have understood if Leed chose to postpone.

Leed carried out exactly what they had committed to, and sent José to do the job. Jose was wonderful to work with! We agreed from the start, the "social distancing" requirements we had for our mutual safety.

José completed the job on time, on budget, and in a mutually safe manner. It looks terrific! Great work guys!

to include Installation of a new handicapped washroom and a rough-in kitchen, on the main floor ; handicapped parking spot exterior, with ramp and walkway.

Daniel exceeded our expectations. He was very responsive and accommodating. He was very helpful with recommendations and cleared up any issues very quickly. I would highly recommend Leed Construction you will not regret going with this contractor

Leed Construction owner organized the design, construction and completion of the project; from the point of opening ideas with the architect, to taking on the responsibility of rectifying sub-par work by contractors and partner.

Had an addition put in. Work was professionally done and most importantly on a reasonable timeline and on budget. This is a legit builder with permits applied for. The owner is an engineer so structurally I know the addition is sound. Final product was amazing and added both value to my home and a space that has become our main entertaining place. Payments are done in increments based on amount of work completed. No shortcuts. I will use them again go all my reno needs and have already done multiple recommendations to friends.
