I fell in love with the former model home in Langdon. Green Cedar was to duplicate it for us. That did not happen. They did a BAIT AND SWITCH. Our house - poss Aug. 2022 is not finished its a mess. Promises but no action. We cannot even unpack due to major incomplete work. They can build gorgeous show homes but that is not what you get when you purchase. The owner promised exterior work would be completed end Sept 2022 here we are Oct. NOT COMPLETE. Interior work end of Oct. still no action. Once they get your $$$ forget about getting action every excuse in the book. Its a GONG SHOW!!

We tried our best to match the showhome, however with the changes you requested and final approval by the developer, we could not accommodate this and that was communicated throughout the process. Any changes made to the plans impacts the final build whether it be materials used or installation. Green Cedar Homes went above and beyond to accommodate your personal tastes. We apologize that there are deficiencies in your build resulting from items that you had changed/wanted done your way. We are working to rectify each item so that you can enjoy your new home. The majority of items that were were referring to as incomplete were items that were additional to the plans you have signed off on. We understand your frustration and concern however, we work in an industry where supply, labour shortages and backordered items are common issues.
