Unique Contractions Inc jumped on our work on a very short notice. They executed the job professionally and right on time. There was a few scope of work changes for which they were very accommodating, they squeezed them in the schedule. We removed a few walls, some of them were load barriers, installed a couple of beams and joists across. Their price was also fair. Id recommend them for your renovation projects.

The project was a 2000sf house top-to-bottom renovation, plus designing and finishing a 700sf basement apartment. I highly recommend them!
