Erlis provided me with a complete detailed quote to replace my roof. The work was scheduled and completed as agreed . Materials arrived on time. Erlis has a great team working for him. They were considerate, keeping me up to date on the progress. Clean up was a breeze. Im very pleased and highly recommend.

Raccoons had gnawed through some deteriorated wood to gain access to my roof during the winter of 2020/21. Given pandemic supply issues, I couldn't find a good contractor at a reasonable price at the time. This fall, I was put in touch with Erlis, who provided a good quote, fully explaining the work (which included temporarily removing the eavestroughs to replace the fascia, replacing the rotten wood of the roof itself, and retiling). Work started a bit later than planned in light of the current demand, but the crews (over 2 days) were efficient and professional. Erlis managed some of it by himself on the 2nd day, given a sick crew member - I can't believe he completed it all by himself, but he did! Overall, I'm very satisfied with the price and the quality, and Erlis' work ethic - very professional!

I live in a 150 year old home with very old wooden soffia that squirrels had broken through and managed to get into my house walls. I tried finding someone to come and fix my soffia but over six other companies refused to even try.
Erlis, came to give me an estimate and said he could fix the problem there on the spot for less than $400.00. I was thrilled and said go ahead. He then quickly blocked off the bad soffia with new aluminum and everything was fixed.
