Very happy with the physical move itself ...all went well with little to no issues. But with no advanced notice we were issued an invoice that was 50+% higher than the quote. Our Diva's response was an admission that she significantly underestimated the effort but that small claims court would side with her. A rather dramatic response. And off-putting.

Love the service. Didn't love the Diva.

Tread carefully.

I am sorry you were unhappy with the final invoice. It was very unfortunate that move day hours were over. It was very clear in my estimate that it was not a fixed cost price.
David and I have subsequently come to a mutual agreement on the invoice.

Invaluable service for Moving Seniors

Wonderful, sympathetic and thoughtful care. A huge house filled with stuff and memories dealt with kindly and efficiently by Carol at Downsizing Divas. Such a big help - especially as the house was actually out of town. Not sure I could’ve got through it without Downsizing Divas. Great to find someone with a passion for organizing when you are feeling overwhelmed.
