We ordered windows that would qualify for Ontario rebate. However the windows we got didnt even come close to meet the specifications. We contacted the company and they said the windows actually have the wrong specifications on them currently but theyll update them. I have no idea how they can provide a product that can have the wrong specifications in the first place. Nevertheless giving them the benefit of the doubt, we asked them to update it. Its been 4 months and still no response. Will never do business again
