Are you thinking about doing a renovation on your home? Could it possibly involve moving walls that carry a structural load? If your answer is yes, then David at OLO is the person to talk to!
In 2019 we hired David to complete three separate major projects on our 1956 bungalow in Capilano. All three projects involved new structural beams that would need to be installed.
One of the projects involved opening up a wall in our kitchen which would give us an open concept layout. It was a major job that involved pouring new concrete support pads in the basement so the load could be transferred onto the new support beam. Permits were pulled and an engineering report was followed. Everything went as planned and David and his team were always willing to accommodate any minor change that came up during the process. David also had our home professionally cleaned on multiple occasions in order to stay on top of any dust that managed to get around his carefully placed poly. We could not be happier with the results of all three jobs that David did for us.
I always recommend OLO Contracting to anyone that is looking for a good contractor. No job seems to be to big for OLO. We are looking forward to our next reno and David will be our first choice for the job!
