It was so reassuring in this day and age to FIND truly qualified professional, courteous, efficient, knowledgeable and expert service! Alex sets the GOLD STANDARD for appliance servicing and customer care! This was our 1st time calling them (same day service!) AND we are DEFINITELY keeping their contact info handy AND sharing w/ family & friends! We cannot express how happy we were with his servicing of our bottom fridge freezer - he knew immediately what the issue was... explained everything and welcomed our questions!!! THAT'S SERVICE... & with a smile!!!! Please do not hesitate if you need appliance service make them your go-to!!!
