Please don't buy any windows from Nordic windows and doors they are not reliable took over a year to install my sisters windows. Lousy customer service in the instalation department I can't believe what she had to go thru. It supposed to be a reputable company but they don't take accountability of their mistakes. Save yourselves from having to go thru problems after problems.
