Had trouble finding a company to come and look at or replace furnace, everyone had a 2+ wait. Finally I sent out 8 emails and VanHeat was the first to respond. They came the next day and replaced my 23yr old furnace, quickly and neatly. I would definetly recommend them.

The work was done at my father's house. An 80+ yr old man. Yes I'm painting the picture of a stereotypical home owner, potencial victom. Dad's limitations and love for his home are a tough combination. Thank you Van Heat for your craftsmans quality workmanship, knowledge, and professionalism. It's been a couple of years now since installed. Aside from great people like Sean who respectfully and personalably provide top shelf prompt service to dad's happy place, my only complaint is dad's house is way too warm for my liking.
But honestly, I'm in my 50s and I find quality costumer service for your hard earned money harder and harder to be provided. These guys back their product, workmanship, and costumers with action.

I first contacted Vanheat for exchanging a thermostat. After checking my thermostat, Shaun found out the reason that the thermostat is not working is the corresponding valve. He changed the valve and installed my new digital programmable thermostat. He informed me that my boiler is leaking and to avoid a future flooding of my basement it is best to replace my 20 year old boiler. He was very professional and knowledgeable. His rates are fair and his work was very clean. He was always punctual and in two days my new boiler was installed.

Vanheat services, installed an on demand water heater for our home, they did the job very professionally, and what was important for us was the bill at the end was the same as they had quoted in day first, we like this company.

They came for duct cleaning, we were waiting for normal not very efficient equipment, but we saw they had rotary brushes at the end of their hose, i am a technical guy and liked it.
Plus they recommended to install a UV Light air purifier to kill germs, bacteria and viruses while covid-19 is around , it was a thorough job.

we had old system of a furnace and heat pump (22 years old), but on the December 23rd/2019, everything stopped, our heat pump failed.
we called them, although it was holiday season, they finished the job before Christmas eve, right before guests come over,. happy with the services.
