Never bothered writing reviews until I used Master Kleen's cleaning service. I have to share my great experience with others.

We were preparing a house for sale. We lived in the house for over 18 years. The carpet, kitchen, bathrooms, cabinets...basically the entire house needed a lot of work to be ready for showing. At that point, we had moved far away and couldn’t stay during the entire cleaning time. Bill and his team took the challenging job. They notified me prior to their departure to my house, which is quite a bit drive for them too. They spent the entire day cleaning my house. They took pictures before and after, as well as sending me video clips to keep me posted with their cleaning progress. Many worrying dirty spots have been cleaned thoroughly. With us being far away, Bill’s team not only did a great job of getting our house cleaned, but also allowed us to have a peaceful mind knowing that our house was in a trusted professional team's care. From the time when they cleaned our house to the point when it was listed on the market, I didn’t even have to check the readiness of my house. As a real estate agent, I have used many cleaning services and Bill's team is the best. I would highly recommend Bill and his team to anyone who is looking for friendly, positive, high efficient & quality cleaning service.

The new townhouse was entirely dusty all over from the construction. Bill and his team brought all his own supplies and equipment. Very friendly and punctual...that started our day off very well. I had many errands to do since it was so close to moving day and he told me he would call me when he was almost finished. When I returned, the whole place was dust free including all the cabinets as requested. I was also surprised how good the carpets looked...I noticed Bill had a heavy duty vacuum. I am very satisfied with their cleaning service and highly recommend to anyone who is looking for professionals at a very reasonable price.

Contacted Master Kleen at the last minute, and they scheduled me for 2 days later. Whole empty house excluding walls. Fantastic work, even got a shower stall very clean that another cleaning company said could not be cleaned. 4 bedrooms, kitchen, living /dining, granny suite in basement, 2.5 baths. Bill arrived at the house before me, but respectfully waited until just before our scheduled start time before knocking on the door. Was winter so he wore booties, whereas Johnathan changed his shoes, even though I hired them to clean floors: to me that is another sign of respect. 3 hours or so, and they were done. Great service, definitely recommended.
