Excellent service from beginning to end. They arranged a short visit, arrived on time, scoped the request, mentioned alternatives and provided an on the spot estimate [which held at completion]. On the day of removal, the team arrived at the scheduled time. I had 4 cedars, a small apple tree, a small willow and a few shrubs removed. The stumps were ground to below ground level. All debris was removed and the areas blown clear. I also asked if they could trim the side of an old stump, they did it a no charge! A very good interaction. Highly recommended.

We had 4 old cedar trees in our backyard about 20 feet (6m) high that were long past their prime, a birch tree with multiple dead branches and a shrub that had outgrown its boundaries.

Mike was the first of the HomeStars references to arrive. Friendly, personable and knowledgeable. We felt very comfortable with him and his quote but, in fairness, we said that we wanted to hear what the other companies that were referenced had to quote. He understood.

One other company came in person to quote. Another company asked for a photo and quoted based on the photo. Both quoted more for less (i.e. no shrub trimming or birch tree pruning) We hired Forestwood and we're more than pleased that we did!

Mike and his friendly crew (which includes an arborist) arrived on time and did everything they quoted they would do very quickly and made sure that we were satisfied with their work - including the cleanliness. They even cut the birch tree limbs into fire-place size pieces and trimmed additional limbs at no additional cost.

As per the title of this revue, if you are looking for someone for this type of project - look no further.

My backyard had a large maple that needed to be pruned. Mike came by to give an estimate and answered any questions that I had. He was friendly professional and knowledgeable.

We hired Forestwood to take some branches off our Maple tree. They were very responsive, on time, and friendly. I would hire them again for my next one!
