This is the second time I had duct cleaning done by Michael and a young associate. Even though the price may be higher than other competitors, I find he does a thorough work and educates me in the process and provides suggestions as to how to have more efficient airflow. He is honest and personable. He is fair and willing to answer my questions. I plan to give him my business again because he treats me as a person and not just a client. Well done SEM's team and continued good business.
