It was a long road, but it's finally finished. Signed the contract in June 2018, work commenced in September 2018 and I just signed off on the Kitchen Reno a couple of days ago (April 2019). Yes, there were plenty of mistakes throughout the project, but, Penguin stood up and fixed it - Every Time.
The final design was beautiful and the final product was pretty close to what was discussed 9 months ago.
The Penguin team was professional, but lacked communication overall (industry-wide issue, not limited to Penguin). There sub-contractors were also professional and did their best to make things right as well.
Overall, the wife and I are pleased. The price was reasonable for our high-end kitchen. Full lifetime transferable limited warranty for pretty much the entirety of the kitchen, which is a huge bonus.
You can fully throw your trust into this company to get the job done. It make take longer, your patience and frustration will be tested, but understand, they will eventually make things right and ensure your satisfaction.
