Paid for Seasonal Snow Removal

In Winter 2018-2019 I hired Rocky and Eavestroughers to do Snow Removal.
I still have snow on my driveway and walkway from the January 2nd Snowfall, so it doesnt seem like he is doing a very good job.
Phone calls are not answered or returned.
