Dennis came by quickly the next day after we spoke. He is extremely professional.

I was looking to identify any drain issues and perhaps install a backflow valve in my basement floor drain prior to starting some renovations.

After running a camera through the main drain pipe to the road, he showed me that the existing plastic pipe was in great shape and relatively clean/free of any obstruction.

He provided some expert guidance/options regarding a power wash versus "do-it myself" for the main drain and also offered his point of view on what to consider when assessing the back-flow valve given that my house is in a "low flood risk" area.

There's fewer and fewer business people out there who truly understand how to "earn" a client's business and who will not step foot outside their door without an inspection fee. Dennis is not one of those - although we did not do business together - he earned my trust and will receive my business and referrals for drain services when needed in the future.
