Our kitchen is quite old and we decided to renovate it this year. We need to replace a load bearing beam and remove a wall to make the area more open. He spent a few hours doing the measurements and cutting holes to see what is inside. He found the wall we are planning to remove is a load bearing wall. He provided detailed drawings and instructions. He is very honest, professional and very easy to work with. He provided everything we need to apply permit from the city. We would definitely recommend him to friends who need a structural engineer.
