I reached out to SauzTeq after seeing all the positive reviews on homestars and I was not disappointed. Mohammad was a pleasure to deal with. First of all he is very polite, easy to talk to, always accommodated our questions (I had a lot). His tenured experience showed from the time we met and his pricing is very competitive.

We recently moved into a 35 year old house and wanted to remove a few load bearing walls to open up the layout. Mohammad came and took all measurements, and in a few weeks provided a detailed drawing of my whole house as it exists and what the proposed drawing would look like. He also helped me with the city permit and directly worked with the city to get my permit approved. He is also going to be available to talk to any city inspectors and general contractor I choose to do the work. I asked him for a recommendation for a company that he has worked with in the past and he shared a reputable company who I am considering.

My overall experience working with SauzTeq is 10/10. Highly recommended this company. Mohammad has over 30 years experience as a structural engineer. You won’t be disappointed.
