Touchstone Interlocking

We had our interlock lifted and re-set in June. They sealed the stones, but had not properly cleaned the surface and the residual sand became baked onto the stones looking like a giant paint spill. Despite over 12 calls to Edward (the owner?) and multiple promises to show up and correct the horrible work he has never shown up. He is a con artist who is only interested in all cash deals and once you part with your hard earned cash he moves on to the next victim. Waiting 4 months to correct shoddy work is unacceptable. Run....don’t walk away from this pathetic excuse for a business. I doubt they will be in business long anyway.

Our stones were loose on the drive way, the boss of this company’s Suggested we redo the interlocking. It’s been over months and No one ever came back to finish the final job after they took the $. We called many times and even told to text them and yet haven’t heard anything. The stones are still loose we end up buying sands ourselves to fill the holes.
This company have Horrible customer service and have no honesty. You should always finish the job and leave no one hanging like that.
