Josh came to quote the job and was very knowledgeable. The owner Paul was very responsive and even came by himself when I had a few questions regarding g proximity to a structural beam. Showed up on time, and completed the job in one day. Was by far the lowest price and they did great work! Even patched a couple pre-existing holes/spalling in my stucco. Great service and excellent workmanship.

The installation of two egress windows was done as per the plan quite professionally. The installation of a 60" wide window was tricky, but the team was able to handle it. Professional and nice people who do their best to make it happen as you like it. I recommend them for sure.

Overall, we had a great experience. As other reviewers have said, Paul was very prompt in coming out to assess the work and provide a quote. The crew showed up as scheduled, on time, were courteous, pleasant and did a great job. The foundation was cut and window installed in one day--which was great! The larger window has made a terrific difference in the amount of light in the basement of our 1960's home. I would highly recommend Calgary Egress Windows, we intend to use them in the future on other projects.

Great service! Prompt quoting, electronic contracts and Paul did everything to accelerate the installation date which was much appreciated. Great install - guys very respectful and courteous. The guys also made sure the trim looked very similar to other windows in the house. Cleaned up very nicely including grading around the window. The new window and window well looks great! We had a window replaced in one of our basement rooms to meet proper basement egress window requirements. From the first point of contact with Calgary Egress Windows to the completion of the job, was a great experience. Paul provided us with a quote in a timely manner, as well as answered all 100 of our questions (maybe not quite that many, but we did have lots). He worked with us when we had some hiccups applying for the building permit. All communication was prompt and professional. We had our job date moved up, which worked to our advantage (I didn't have to try to sleep post night shift when concrete in our basement was being cut and jack hammered). The guys who did the job were very professional and did a great job answering all the questions our kids had. All in all we had a great experience with Calgary Egress Windows and would highly recommend them.

We had them come in to expand a basement window to make it an egress and they were great. The guys were polite and worked quickly. They showed up on time every day and as scheduled. The quality of the work is terrific and I really appreciate that they have the option to buy a grate for covering the window well so that the kids don't fall in while they play in the yard. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.
