Let Us Do That

Hired this firm to do some yard cleanup. No estimator was dispatched, they just provided an estimate based on my description.
Two people showed up and were on site for exactly 45 minutes. As we were home at the time we got to see how one of the team spent half of the time chatting. Both of them disappeared for several minutes to walk debris from the back yard to the front yard.
Work quality was barely passable. They removed a bunch of solar lights and left them piled in the corner of the patio.
In the end the work was not complete as we only got 45 minutes of 90% effort from one worker and about 33% effort from the other. I was billed for 90 minutes of work.
I have since hired a different company that spent about 7 hours on site, charging me much less of an hourly rate than this company did, did all the work I asked of them and did it properly.
