Vail & Co Construction And Fine Renovations

I recently had Vail & Co renovate my kitchen and main floor. Bryce was great to work with. He’s honest, reliable and very quick to respond to emails and texts.
He and his team were very committed to our project. I changed my mind several times on design and it was not a issue for them as they wanted to ensure I was completely satisfied.
The team showed up every day, they were polite and professional and their work was high quality with particular attention to detail.
I am thrilled with my new kitchen. It is even better than I imagined and my expectations were exceeded!
I will be working with Vail & Co in the future and would highly recommend them.

The team was very professional, approachable, and knowledgeable with affordable services. We had our upstairs main bathroom (floor, toilet, and shower walls) and our ensuite redone completely to be a more functional space. They went out of their way to make sure we were happy with how everything was done and even fixed up minor details that only we would ever notice.

Bryce, Rebecca, Ray and the team produced high quality work which went above expectations. Overall, they were professional, efficient and reliable throughout the entire home renos.

Everyone makes mistakes, it's how you recover that separates true professionals. There was a minor error that caused some post to be improperly drilled for the fence. Bryce and team took full ownership of the error, they were very apologetic and started from scratch. We had a tight deadline because we were hosting an event on the weekend, so Bryce and his team sent many resources to expedite the fence build. Blake was the prime resource that managed the resources and got his hands dirty building the majority of the fence. So many people will pick the lowest bid, but sometimes you have to pay a slight premium to get true craftsmanship. I will recommend and will use Bryce again for our next project.

Outstanding end result, no issues with quality or company’s complete commitment to meeting client satisfaction with superior project outcomes. Could not be more impressed with this crew, workmanship, skill and business model. No regrets: we have already scheduled a further renovation with same expectations. Absolutely excellent contractor and on site team. Complete upstairs bathroom, and dining room-living room lighting upgrades.

This was the second time I have used Bryce. Last year he was general contractor for a full kitchen renovation. Quality of the work was excellent in both cases.
