The workers were excellent. They were very courteous and cautious with the inconvenience that the construction caused with the house. The work was completed in the time frame that was expected.

Bryce and his team are a class act. He understands the big picture, does not nickel & dime you. He has the experience others don't have and knows how to save you money. We refinished a bath/shower instead of replacing and it looks like new. He recommended installing bathroom fans, not just selling new bathtubs. He kept his word on timing and finished the job promptly. We are now extending his work to kitchen cupboards.

We had a flood which damaged our entire basement so we called Bryce and the team at Vail & Co to come help us get our space back especially for my 3 year old son (play room) and my mother in law (living space). As always with Bryce he was incredibly helpful and enthusiastic while doing the initial estimate and started the job exactly when he said they would be starting. Each person who stepped into our house representing Vail & Co shared Bryce's enthusiasm, strong work ethic, polite mannerisms, and complete patience especially while answering 100 questions from my son! This company is incredible, their workmanship is magnificent as you can see in these pictures, and to a person are extremely pleasant to be around and are extremely trustworthy. I can't say enough good things about Vail & Co so I will just leave it with if you want your renovation done right, on time, in your budget, and by people who are genuinely nice to be around, this is the company you are looking for.

Greg and Brad were great vary pleasant to deal with finished on time and on budget. They were clean and helpful with the Reno and gave some great ideas. I would highly recommend this company.

Bryce and his crew did a whole house reno for me in approxiately 2 months. The total cost of the reno was 60 thousand dollars, as originally estimated. Bryce and his company completed the reno in a timely manner and stayed with in my budget. Bryce was always accessible whenever I needed to contact him and was always happy and prompt to answer any questions and concerns. Bryce's crew was very professional and respectful of my house, neighbours and neighbourhood . Bryce always kept me informed and updated with the progress and status of different stages of the project. I will be reccommending him to friends and family and will be using him again for future projects.
