Instead of just replacing the ballast on the 3 12 foot flourescent fixtures, Jason with Jay-b electrical offered to rewire them and set them up for LED. Maybe 30 minutes of work and the fixtures were switched over without any instrusion on the guys working that day.

Jason did a great job of "pigtailing" the aluminium wires in our 1974 house. He was professional, thorough and organized. He also communicates quickly by email, which I prefer to calling. His price was also very reasonable.
