Home inspection showed mold in the attic. Sean informed me on step by step process of cleaning/eliminating the mold, pricing, and informed me how it got there and how to maintain the house as this is my first home.
I am a sales person and Sean was transparent and straight forward- NO BS which is great! He arrived early Sunday morning and worked like a machine! He also fixed what caused the mold ( washroom vent pipe was loose). He forwarded me 23 pictures of the final job. Happy i went with my guts and picked Sean!
