Rohan and his associate did an excellent job. The crew explained the process, took before and after pics for review and also let me clean the electronic filters which has given me the confidence to do the cleaning when it is required next time. Rohan also helped me with ordering the one of the small missing filter and helped with the installation after 2 days. Very professional.
