This contractor overcharged me for the services he provided(much higher than his quote) and also I paid him in advance but he didnt do the job. In response to my several attempts to complete the unfinished job or return my money he was so aggressive and said do whatever you can. I suggest you to think twice before doing the business/ pay money to him.
