GTA Junk

They asked for a $750 cash deposit, dropped off a dumpster and we never heard from them again. We called, emailed texted asking them to come and get it...nothing. Finally another company called after a month and said "do you have our our dumpster?". It turns out that gtajunk leases dumpsters from them occasionally and also uses this companies address as their own. They do not have an address. The company picked up the dumpster and said "we're sorry you are out $750". I would never recommend these people to anyone.

I rented a junk bin as we are renovating the kitchen at our house. The bin was not here by 9am as I was told it would be.

After several attempts to contact them, I finally get through to someone, and they tell me they will find out when it will get here and call me back....and I did not hear from them again. After several more calls, I ask them to get the driver to call me. Once again, absolutely no response. I have 4 kids - the entire main floor of the house has been ripped up, and I can't safely access the house - the guys are waiting for the bin to put all the tile/ metal mesh, etc into.
At 5:15 pm, I get a call from the driver saying the truck broke down and he is not coming at all! These guys are a fly-by-night operation, likely have a single truck and operate out of their parents basement. You can't get through to them, and if you are lucky enough to, you won't get a straight answer. They are a liability. Go elsewhere and get a real company to provide a bin.
