Completing high quality concrete work that lasts isn't all that difficult but it does take "Intention". And we always intend on doing as good as possible on every job.
Many concrete contractors are not well informed even though they've been doing it for 10-20 years. Most concrete fails because contractors skip critical steps, then young guys learn those shoddy methods, and continue with the inferior workmanship (then brag I've been doing this for 20 years).
