badly sunken and cracked driveway/patio and sidewalks
It all started with a wet basement, The original concrete driveway and patio had sunken in many areas almost a foot down along house foundation with lots of cracks and all leaning into towards the house. Snow melting and the rain all ran towards the foundation. Long front to back driveway, patio and sidewalks. Another company replaced some sidewalks and veranda area and they have alreadycracked and dropped. Wade and his crew were Quick, clean and very knowledgeable. The amount of work they did went over and above what others recommended. Yes it want a cheap fix but it was of great value for what they were able to do.

After knowing me for years you know I always want the best for our clients and to do the best possible work.There's always shortcuts that can be done to get a job done cheaply but typically at the expense of risks of future issues. I'll always explain both options clearly so people truly understand the downside to what other contractors may have recommended and the benefits to doing a little more work, or work done in a slightly different way, in order to improve the outcomes... then let the client desire what's best for them.
