We watched many roofs on our street being replaced and the team from Taurus Exteriors stood out for us. Their crew seemed more mature and competent, and the supervisor, Taylor, turned out to be very personable with great customer service skills. He willingly answered all of our questions and provided a reasonable quote. He also waited for ideal weather conditions prior to scheduling the installation. We're happy with the great job they did on our house, which included metal in the valleys and replacement of vents. The crew cleaned the site well and Taylor welcomed post installation questions. We trust that if any work needs to be done within the 10 year warranty that Taurus will take care of it.
