Might be OK for easy commercial grade job but not high-end residential. Lacks business acumen and professionalism, doesn't take accountability for errors and doesn't understand customer service.

At this stage I would not recommend. Will opt for excuses and blaming customer rather than taking accountability for their own reputation and service.

Offered Stars Taping a great solution and financial offer to make problem disappear when repair was not done to standard on drywall repair to ceiling. Stars Taping and Kevin appear to lack professionalism, maturity and the business sense to address conflict and challenges when they arise. Issues will always arise but it's how you deal with them the counts in the end.

He's comfortable with other people paying for his mistakes is the bottom line.

If you're looking for contractor that will take responsibility for errors and omissions, Stars Taping are not the company for you.
