Very Professional , kept us informed from the who process, fixed all the problems from our first contractor. Worked with us to ensure we would be happy. Bathroom has a couple of minor problems but he is coming back to fix them. Relaid our lament flooring to fix problems. New lighting & kitchen pulls & knobs on all the doors. - Subsequent there has been no followup to the renovation & have found a few problems in the bathroom.

Third Floor Ensuite: update September 27/18
Contractor has completed the work after seeing the review on this site. Thank you!
Sheldon explained difficulties, had a new electrician and tile layer correct problem areas. I am pleased with the work done.
The new tradespeople are polite, clean and professional.

- heated floor tiles doesn’t appear to be functional

Company Response: Victorian Ensuite, this remodel was definitely one of our success stories, we faced so many unforeseen challenges like extended bad weather/sky light, bath tube hoisting to third floor just to name a couple, nevertheless Sha-Monique Construction was able to resolve all the outstanding issues, thank you for your continued business and your patients.
I know my partner the late Mitchum (RIP) would be elated from the final finishing and design.
