Jordan and Down N Out Eavestroughing did not finish the job on my west end house after I paid him in full. In fact my dad even paid him in advance for a small job he was supposed to do and he never showed up for that either or returned multiple phone calls and texts.

Jordan if you are reading this and want to complete the job that you promised you would do, you know how to reach me and I'd be willing to change this review. You and your dad Dale seem like good people so i'm hoping you can make this right.

Of the companies I contacted, Down n Out was the promptest to respond. Jordan came to look at and discuss the job. Proposed his solution to my special problem (eavestroughing of a metal-roof veranda). Had samples of his quality materials. Left me with a quote, which proved the best of those I got. Did the work at the first opportunity, once engaged. Great work at a very reasonable cost. AND Jordan is very congenial and inspires confidence and trust.

Jordan was out the next day to do an estimate for eavestrough replacement, which was very reasonable. He is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about his work. Jordan and his team returned the next week and installed the new eavestroughing with leaf guard, including a thorough cleaning of the site when they were finished. The new eavestroughing looks great and they were even able to make change around a corner which resulted in a much nicer roofline. Came and did the quote right away it was very competive with the other quotes we got. He was quick, professional, did an amazing job and to top it off took all the garbage and all the scraps.

I asked for help to see how much it would be to fix my downspout on my side of the house as it came right off and was about 30 plus feet in the air so I could not fix it myself and with the coming rain that we were going to get I needed this quick and done right.
